Grape To Glass
Cold soaked on the skins for 7 days. Barrel fermented on wild yeast in 100% new French oak where it rested for 12 months.
Unfiltered so some haze may appear. No sorbates. Bottled aged 24 Months before release.

Aromas with dominate notes of black cherry, generous notes of black cherry rounded out by intense oaky cedar notes

Medium Tannins Oak
